In order to complete your team registration, we must have:

3. On-line completed volunteer information

4. Check for total of Swim Team Registration mailed to:

6. Optional: An order and check for swim suit

7. Optional: A pool pass form and check

Swim Team
Elks members: $250 per child, third child $220, fourth child $195
Non Elks members: $350 per child, third child $320, fourth child $295

Pre-Team Elks members: $195 per child
Non-Elks members: $295 per child

Swim Team will be limited to 30 swimmers per age group per gender with one exception. No one who was on the team in 2007 will be denied a spot on the 2008 Team if they are registered, signed-up for their volunteer shifts and paid by March 31, 2008. Included in the cost of the team is a BEST t-shirt.

Pre-Team is limited to the first fifty (50) kids to sign up and pay.
Pre-Teamers must be able to swim 25 meters of freestyle or backstroke unaided.

If your child cannot swim 25 meters, they should be in the Elks Swim Lessons program this season. See Elks Swim Lessons.

A limited number of scholarships are available to deserving families. Please see Curt.

If you do not have a current Elks membership card, you must pay the non-Elks price. You must submit a copy of your membership card with the application. You will be refunded the difference if you do become a member.
