Fall workout

We are having workouts/clinic at the Elks 3:45 Monday thru Friday. They are legal for summer swim league! These will go until Oct 31st. 8 and unders including pre-team go for 45min-1 hour. The rest go for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and there are opportunities to do some USA meets.

Cost $10/drop in

       $45/ week

       $80/ 2 weeks

       $150/ month
